PAYMENT

We accept Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Mastercard and Switch
We also accept Electron but many of these cards are swipe only and can not be used for online transactions.
No goods will be charged for until goods are despatched.
All prices are correct but we (Browns Angling) reserve the right to change without prior notice.

All prices qouted on www.brownsofleightonbuzzard.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include uk VAT at the prevailing rate.

RETURNED GOODS

No goods are to be returned to Browns Angling without prior notice.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, or if clothing does not fit, you  will only be credited for the goods and not the carriage. If you reorder a different size or colour we will charge for the carriage.
All goods must be returned in original undamaged packaging
All refunds will only be refunded to the Card that the goods were paid for.
All damaged or missing items must be reported directly to Browns Angling within 24 hours of delivery.

TAX CHARGES (VAT)

All prices shown include Vat at current rate.

PRIVACY POLICY

Browns of Leighton Buzzard guarantee that no details will be pass on to any other company under any circumstances. All information collected is in accordance with the data protection act 1998. The information given when ordering will only be kept by us to help with the order or enquiry. All credit/debit card information given will be destroyed after 30 days, we will need this time to make sure that there are no problems in completing the order.

DELIVERY

All delivery’s are sent by a courier and will require a signature.
All order are sent on a next day delivery, but not guaranteed for next day.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods in good condition, If the package looks to be damaged or appears not to be in good condition then please sign for the goods as damaged. If you are unable to check the goods then please sign for unchecked. Failure to do so could affect any warranty claim that you make thereafter.

AVAILABILITY
In the event of a product being unavailable Browns will credit your card to value of the item in question. You will be sent the remaining items on the order as normal.

COMPLAINTS

All Disputes and complaints should be made directly to Browns Angling via e-mail or telephone.
